Primarily responsible for the development, maintenance and control of the Quality/HSE Management System, which is based on current ISO Standards, customer requirements and industry regulation as required to meet corporate and technical objectives. Manage the overall Quality/HSE System and Document Control department and all its functions and personnel. Promote continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization and its projects.

Working in conjunction with Health, Safety and Environment as well as all Engineering Disciplines within the Toyo Engineering Canada engineering and construction Sustaining Capital Projects Business Unit, I had the overall responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining the Project Quality Management System. • Development of Project Quality Plans (PQP).• Establishing and reporting on project Key Performance Indicators (KPI).• Conduct internal and/or external audits, in accordance with the approved Audit Schedule, to ensure compliance with the IMS and project requirements, including follow-up and closure of any findings.• Prepare and distribute the project audit schedule, audit reports and all other necessary documents to all concerned.• Follow-up and closure of NCR’s/CAR’s and PAR’s including maintenance of the project NCR/CAR/PAR logs.• Interfacing with Discipline Leads and Department Managers to ensure that Technical Reviews are held, Non-conformities or Actionable Recommendations are resolved and the reports and records are kept accordingly. • Prepare Client and Employee Satisfaction Survey Plans and follow-up on survey findings.
