What continues to motivate me throughout my career is building businesses and growing brands that have a positive impact in our world. I love challenges and thrive on working for game-changing brands that have the power to make a difference. I remember joining an e-commerce startup in 1996 and having a leading sporting goods brands tell us that people will never buy shoes online. A few years later, my company became one of the first successful e-commerce sporting goods IPO’s and received a major investment round from Nike.
