Moote Companies was established from the foundations of The Moote Group which was started in 1974. Our purpose is to assist Developers, Builders, Government Agencies, and Lenders with all aspects of their land development needs.

I joined The Moote Group in March 2006 and have been assisting landowners and developers with the various facets of contract administration, project management, fee reimbursement agreements and the reconciliation of eligible infrastructure costs through various public financing and fee instruments (CFD, DIF, TUMF, RBBD, etc.). Before joining The Moote Group I attended and completed my education at Chapman University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Over the years I have managed many land development projects that required extensive knowledge of the onerous public works requirements such as Davis Bacon wages (“prevailing wages”), contractor change order review and agency approval, as well as processing requests for information (“RFI”) and submittals through their pertinent channels. I have successfully administrated and coordinated all types of infrastructure projects (storm drain, sewer/water, street, signal, channel improvements, etc.) that require cohesive communication with the contractor, engineer of record (“EOR”) and the many Southern California municipalities who ultimately own and maintain the completed facilities.

Assisted in asset allocation models for our clients. Reviewed fund prospectuses and analyzed each client's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to best suit their investment objectives.
