Work with local municipalities and government agencies on a variety of projects that support utility management, emergency relief, etc. Recent projects include:-Town of Emerald Isle (NC) Planning: Mapping of all stormwater infrastructure utilizing ESRI stormwater solution and a Bad Elf GNSS receiver. Assist in daily planning decisions by using ESRI suite (ArcMap, Drone2Map, ArcGIS online)-Town of Emerald Isle (NC) Emergency Services Task Force: Network Service Analysis of town Fire and EMS stations with last 5 years of incident data (Fire, First Responder, Non-Emergency, Water Rescue, etc). Data can be filtered by year, station, incident type, and response time. Permanent resident data was also used to capture population density within service area. ArcGIS dashboards was utilized.-Town of Emerald Isle (NC): Digitization of Public Works Yard Waste Workflow utilizing ArcGIS Dashboards, Tracker, ArcGIS web application, and Survey 123. Live location tracking of yard waste trucks and record of every pick up. This enables public transparency and monthly, seasonal, or annual analysis of operations. - Carteret County Shore Protection Office (NC): Completed post Hurricane Dorian Drone Erosion Assessment including survey of Bogue Banks - Town of Emerald Isle (NC): Tornado hit local community in Sept. 2019, partnered with Town of Emerald Isle on completing post Tornado Drone Damage Survey to assist with insurance assessment and clean-up. Supported Emergency Relief as part of Emerald Isle Debris Removal Plan by recording and tracking clean up truck fleets including trucks from New Bern, Jacksonville and Emerald Isle. Provided analysis on total debris removed. Created a bid sheet for assessment/replacement on all town owned power generators located in local buildings to improve disaster response and ensure infrastructure reliability for future disasters.- Town of Benson (NC): Continue work on various projects (see below).
