Product responsibilities spread over several types of industrial automation products which included PLCs, operator interfaces, drives, process controls, sensors, power supplies, pilot devices, relays, fuses, transformers, terminal blocks, contactors, connection systems, and communication devices, etc. Worked on life-cycle projects to improve product quality and lower product cost. Sourced material for improvements to product packaging and documentation(for catalogs, manuals, application notes, application articles, etc.). Primary focus was on making sure the products met the company promise of high quality at a great price throughout the life cycle of the product.

Support included PLCs/I/O/PC Control with a primary focus on HMIs/Communications products including many different industry networking solutions. Acted as a Tech Support liaison with other ADC teams when new products were considered. This include documentation development and review for new products as well as evaluation and/or development assistance for new products.

Provided and performed mechanical and electrical technical service, maintenance, repairs and start-ups of automated metal surface preparation and forming equiptment (paint booths, shot blast and peening technologies). Included turn-key installation and fabrication of machine components as well as inspections, preventative maintenance operations training in locations all over the globe.
