As an assistant for the Department of Counseling, I:• Assisted in reaccreditation of the counseling program by converting current curriculum syllabi to a new standard• Compiled evidences and documents for CACREP self study for the department• Provided technical and web support for the department, and the department's web presence• Created an informational video for the promotion of the department• Served as a teaching assistant for the Comprehensive Exam course preparing master's students for the Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE)

I was hired to build the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Assessment (OSPIE) web section of NC A&T State University. The project had a short deadline and required me to:• Create/design/format all pages in the OSPIE area of A&T's site using the university content management system (as well as HTML hand coding for some custom elements)• Build 12 presentation/training videos for faculty use and reference - including voice-over narration, animation, and graphics

I was hired to revamp the School of Education web section of NC A&T State University. The project required me to:• Reformat and recreate areas of the School of Education web section of A&T's site using the university content management system (as well as HTML hand coding for some custom elements)

I completed three years of work as a graduate research assistant for the Human Development and Services department / School of Education at NC A&T State University in May 2014.• Evaluated and edited departmental websites and created web presence for NCATE accreditation process for NC A&T State University.• Created and led training workshops to educate faculty on new and existing technology for classroom instruction as well as supported department on technology usage• Designed and implemented research project on efficacy of technology training in a counseling education program which consisted of IRB, instrument design, and implementation• Researched and co-authored published book chapter on eating disorders on college campuses

I was owner and lead photographer for Phipps Photo for a decade. I handled almost all the duties of running a business such as client meetings, marketing, webdesign and maintenance, photography, editing, album design, and art direction. My main focus was weddings and portraiture, but I also did some commercial photography for various clients. I enjoyed working with people, being a part of making family memories, and capturing stories and life moments.

A Greensboro printing company that handles printing and design for companies and non-profitssuch as HondaJet, UNCG, Guilford College, Junior Achievement, Pace Communications, and Takata Industries.I oversaw the design portion of production as well as all digital printing. Day to day duties were designing print materials such as posters, business cards, ads, promotional items, etc., and acting as the quality control check for all jobs. In addition to design duties, I handled most of the IT work for the company from web and email administration to hardware/software installation and support, training of new design staff, and correspondence with most clients.
