• Manage a diverse team of Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cybersecurity analysts both on and off-shore• Develop and implement a robust training program to ensure our analysts are both familiar with and understand our incident response procedures and policies• Develop and implement an ongoing assessment program to continually verify that our analyst are familiar with and are able to effectively execute our run book• Develop and implement a program that regularly tests our monitoring system and infrastructure• Create and maintain the technical and procedural documentation for blue team personnel• Identify opportunities for continual improvement (including industry best practices) and recommend changes to the CSOC systems and reporting process to accommodate• Provide coaching/feedback regarding supervisor performance and development opportunities• Creates and provides reports to management regarding the blue team performance (including applicable metrics)• Provide monthly briefings for clients and provide overall direction to all client activities
