Generate new leads and prospect leads by making calls to business owners and familiarizing them with Advance Partners products and services. Facilitate all web-based leads by prospecting them over the phone and researching them online. Shifted to remote support during Portland, Oregon relocation. Traveled to Paychex HQ multiple times for continued educational and training opportunities on products and services. Collaborated closely with Paychex marketing team and developed effective strategies to target new leads. Supervised 60+ employees and continuously hired new Call Center Representatives each semester. Trained and monitored team progress throughout the fiscal year and submit daily activity log to leadership. Facilitated over 3,000 pledges totaling over $2.3M. Secured numerous large gifts (over $1,000) for numerous departments and programs at Ohio University. Liaison between the Wilson-Bennet team and Ohio University to maximize fundraising efforts. Monitor calls and build caller rapport, determining appropriate “ask” levels and assist with closing donations. Ran the community outreach HOPE program for the University. In Fundraiser role, 2012 to 2013, secured more than $45K in contribution commitments over the phone in a 12-month period.
