Experience with companies ranging from start-up to $500 million in revenue with a broad base of industries including technology, manufacturing, government contracting, construction, retail, distribution, healthcare, franchising, professional services and non-profit companies in the area of foundations, member organizations, and associations. Communicate audit plan, complex issues, and audit results with board of directors, audit committees and other executives. Communicate results of internal control testing and give ideas and “Best Practices” to boost organizational performance and help clients implement KPIs that link to strategic plans. Evaluate the organization internal controls and compliance with regulation both domestically and internationally.Member of the Firm's internal leadership committees including Audit Quality Control, Strategic Committee, Financial Oversight Committee, and Marketing Committee.

Designed, planned and coordinated audit procedures to ensure the quality of clients’ external financial reporting and to ensure compliance with regulations and financial accounting standards promulgated and issued by regulatory authorities including the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the SEC (including the audit and review of SEC forms including 10-K, 10-Q, S-1 and S-4), PCAOB, Sarbanes Oxley, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Developed, coordinated and delivered nationwide training courses over OMB Circular A-133 for seniors and associates.
