At Odgers Berndtson I was a key member of establishing the Calgary office in 2014. In addition to business development and project management, the mandate combined strategic and operational planning for the newly established office. In this role, I built strong partnerships in the business community and helped position the brand in the Alberta market. At Conroy Ross Partners I provided leadership to, and was led by, a team that provided executive search services with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry. Over the years, I was involved in successfully identifying leaders in a variety of industries and disciplines, although the majority of my time was spent on senior management and executive roles in upstream Oil & Gas and Oil & Gas service companies.From February 2013 – May 2014 I also assumed the role of Practice Leader for executive search. This role added elements of performance management, implementing best practices and standardizing processes across the company’s offices.

My portfolio covered the disciplines of accounting, finance, legal, and information technology searches.Over the previous 8 years, I specialized in the placement of senior level finance and accounting positions in the Calgary marketplace. During my tenure in RHI’s Calgary office I received several worldwide recognition awards for work both as a recruiter and as a manager.

Prior to entering the search/recruiting industry, I spent more than 6 years in a managerial role with a Western Canadian wholesale distribution company.
