I began my career as a Service Technician and advanced my way to Service manager, Director of POS Operations, System Analyst Manager and now Director of Information/Point of Sale Technology where I was a key player in building our POS help desk from the ground up which supports over 1300 locations remotely and taking on the new adventure of heading up our Information technology department that has given me a wealth of new knowledge and I look forward to all I have to learn in the future . I have been aquiring knowledge about PCI compliance so that I am able to teach our franchisees about this very important issue that no one really knows anything about let alone understand what this means.
