Director of Audio Visual Services Operations The Nikko Hotel, San Francisco. Provide full Audio Visual Services to the hotel and their clients.

Shift supervisor. AV Technician. Assist clients in their AV needs. Much the same responsibility as a Director without the payroll and hiring duties. Worked closely with the Banquet Managers with regards to room sets and requirements. Insure that the clients AV needs were met and upsell as applicable. Assign other Techs to duties to be performed.
