As a Talent Development Manager at CSS, my 16 years of consulting experience is invaluable. My consulting experience allows me to understand the challenges a consulting services professional faces and gives me insight into what a consultant is looking for in an employer. Helping someone with their career as well as strengthening the CSS organization's talent pool is rewarding both personally and professionally. I enjoy introducing seasoned & unseasoned professionals to the CSS organization. CSS has a lot to offer as an employer. The outcome of matching top talent with a great company is a win/win. Outside of being a career matchmaker, I love spending time with my crazy family. My wife and I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, Penley 4 and Hayes 2.
