Greg is an industrial sector leader with broad P&L experience leading manufacturing and sales organizations and driving both organic and inorganic growth. His experience includes managing multiple organizations in this sector with the most recent being a $300M organization with over 400 people and locations across the U.S. He has had full P&L responsibility, led sales and operations and therefore has the hands-on experience to evaluate and develop teams for portfolio companies.Furthermore, Greg has specific global expertise in the manufacturing and sales of plastics extrusion and injection molded products being sold into the infrastructure markets including process water, municipal water, stormwater drainage, oil and gas, electrical utilities, telecommunications and FTTH (fiber-to-the-home).In these market segments, Greg has deep relationships specifically in all of the above-mentioned HDPE product markets from raw material vendors, production equipment suppliers, distribution partners, end users and many competitors in the industry. He has a very good understanding of the industry, cost drivers, market challenges and opportunities.Greg's passion is leadership, M&A and infrastructure specifically related to data center expansions. Over the last 10 years he has led the buy-side effort to close on 6 acquisitions at two separate multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies as well as the startup of a multi-national joint venture in South America. With this focus Greg believes that manufacturing companies that can position themselves and their product portfolio to sell a packaged solutions to these end market customers will more effectively compete in these markets.
