I have been practicing patent law for over a decade and have drafted and prosecuted multiple patent applications to issue in the United States and abroad. Specifically, I have discussed (i) overcoming 35 U.S.C. § 101 (patent-eligible subject matter) rejections for artificial intelligence inventions, and (ii) patenting artificial intelligence inventions for companies outside the software industry at various AIPLA events.
