About Greg Ranstrom

WiWoW (wiwow.org): a software project to help people see who is working on what. I sit on the board of WiWoW and do what I can to support the mission. I have spent my career fostering collaborative cultures through various projects, including: Culture in Action: A set of tools and practices to nurture and evolve vital cultures.American Leadership Forum - an in-depth exploration of x-sector leadership for the common good in which I managed and directed several programs from 2004-2020.Outside Insights: The consulting firm I founded in 1988 focused on executive leadership and team building retreats to bolster the best of a company’s culture during times of accelerated growth.CivilSay.net: An all-volunteer initiative I co-founded in 2009 to help communities solve tough problems. We published a book, The Moment of Oh, which outlined our approach. Engaged Latinx leaders in Central Oregon in shaping a more inclusive and just community.I meditate most mornings before enjoying a great cup of coffee.
