Undertook a short-term contract from November 2020 until March 2021 as an HR Administrator, while also working as a member of the site management team. Undertaking the full scope of recruitment for the Echuca Factory across a labour force of 105 personnel ranging from the floor staff process workers to administration officers and management. Providing general HR services including the development and modification of position descriptions, supporting staff with regards to payroll and EBA issues.

Maternity leave relief role. Managing the recruitment process across multiple facilities including Adelaide, Darwin and Perth. This involved arranging online and inhouse advertising, shortlisting candidates and facilitating the decision-making process.
