I establish the customers’ requirements and service their needs accordingly by processing applications for additional borrowing and home move enquiries. I also cross sell protection products (Building & contents, MRP and life cover) to all customers and offer them a review of whatever existing cover they have with a view to identifying gaps in their current level of protection and offering suitable products. My role was to process the sale of secured loans and all related insurance products. I endeavoured to establish exactly what the customer was looking for and strived to provide it for them. I supervised the customers’ application all the way through from initial enquiry through to processing and then completion.
