Defined product strategy, product roadmap, market requirements, and functional specs for all products. - Grew SafeAssign usage 900% in four years, from ~120K to over 1.1 million submissions/month.- Managed a product manager and led a cross-functional team from engineering, user experience, QA, and hosting infrastructure.

- Initiated and managed vendor relationships for the Blackboard Developer Network (BbDN), a partnership program for third parties developing for the Blackboard platform. - Grew the BbDN commercial partner network from fewer than a dozen commercial partners to over 150 commercial partners in just under 2 years. - Defined, negotiated, and managed co-marketing programs and revenue-generating referral and reseller relationships with strategic partners.

- Managed development, implementation, and delivery of existing and new customer training programs for Blackboard products- Designed and provided product training and sales enablement for Account and Sales Engineering teams.

- Developed, managed, and implemented educational technology programs and workshops to enhance teaching & learning of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. - Managed a team of 8 full-time staff and 25+ part-time student workers after Director's retirement in fall of 1998.
