Worked with agile teams to build technology that facilitated data sharing, intelligent targeting, and offer fulfillment. • Built strategy and executed launch of Discover’s first-ever multicultural marketing initiative, targeting the US Hispanic population. Partneted with creative and media agencies to develop creative and launch campaigns in Display, Facebook, digital radio, and with Spanish media outlets. Initiative resulted in 20% YOY account growth among the Hispanic population. • Led Refer a Friend marketing channel to 15% YOY growth. Worked with tech teams in agile environment to design and launch a mobile referral experience that led to over 100K referrals and 40K new accounts in the two months following launch. Both were the highest monthly totals in the history of the channel.
