Growth leader with 20+ years of experience working in fast-moving marketing and technology environments. Part of the Jellyfish Global Leadership Team (GLT) that has grown the business to over 2000 people and £200m annual revenues, I have been key to the sales and partnership strategy, accountable for large pitch executions, enablement programs, internal sales process and key partnership engagements with the likes of Google and Salesforce. In my current role as VP of Customer Success, I form part of the CSM Steering Group at Jellyfish driving adoption and usage of our technology solutions globally, working closely with internal product owners, the Growth Team and key technology partners.I'm passionate about creating strong relationships, contributing to great company culture and helping people to create their own platform to perform. I have a strong understanding of sales structure, growth strategy and enablement programs as well as the digital marketing and Martech ecosystems. I'm also the originator of Jellyfish's longest-standing event series, Digital Journeys.
