Current- Direct each individual salesperson to success through coaching in lead generation, client relations, and sales skills. Tailored approach based on strengths and weaknesses of salespeople and overall sales experience. - Foster successful communication between Capstone, employee, and client. Conduct weekly and monthly calls to ensure smooth approval processes and forward momentum at each client.- Align sales department according to salesperson background, experience, client needs, and market analysis. - Assume the role of the primary decision-maker when organizational changes and restructuring of positions are required.- Formulate strategic plans by conducting thorough market analysis and due diligence at client clubs.
