I am a tax adviser who helps companies achieve their tax planning objectives and improve corporate tax results.I work closely with my clients to assist them with tax planning strategy formulation and execution from early, pre-IPO stages through mature operating environments including tax attribute optimization, cash tax planning, and tax deferral structuring, including planning and development of associated financial reporting considerations and related internal controls.My job is to coordinate diverse stakeholders in achieving high impact tax results including tax department leaders, financial management executives, and board members resulting in effective optimization of tax benefits and management of enterprise wide tax risk.
