Perform all daily Maintenance Planner/MRO functions in MP2 (CMMS).Review work requests, order parts, create/approve purchase orders.Responsible for monitoring and updating backlog of work orders.Plan work, estimate labor, kit required parts prior to work order release.Create, edit, and optimize PM tasks.Lead project to set up store room, layout storage shelves, cabinets, create location format, establish parts tracking, build, and expand existing inventory system. Procuring parts, and scheduling workload and manpower for planned outages of production equipment. Investigating and applying better Maintenance procedures to insure consistent performance. Scheduling visits from Company Service Technicians. My responsibilities included realizing new procedures to improve production outputs and solve problem areas in the production procedures.

Doing all Mechanical repairs as needed to maintain smooth production runs in a timely manner. Minimizing production loses due to mechanical failures.
