The National Star Route Mail Contractors Association (NSRMCA) is one of the oldest transportation trade associations in operation today. It is the trade association for transportation companies that contract with the United States Postal Service and has been officially recognized by the Postal Service, Congress, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, and other federal and state agencies. Its members, which operate throughout the United States, collectively manage more than $2 billion in Postal Service contracts and are responsible for the local, regional, and national transportation of the mail.

I represented owner-operator truck drivers and small business motor carriers in federal and state court regarding interstate commerce, privacy, worker misclassification, and other regulatory matters. I also served as outside counsel to the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA), a national trade association of 160,000 members dedicated to protecting truckers' interests and rights throughout the United States. I provided strategic advice regarding federal and state laws and regulations that impacted the ability of truckers to succeed and represented OOIDA in strategic litigation to protect those interests.
