Through the sales of advertising, Spectrum Reach provides over $1.2 billion in top-line revenue to Charter Communications and considerable cash flow to Charter’s profitability. I led the teams responsible for the continued improvement, and integration of our Salesforce CRM to the Order Management and Fulfillment systems that drive this revenue. * Led architecture and development of green-field Salesforce org of over 2200 users with roles in sales, sales support, marketing, operations, and leadership. This was the first major initiative for the merger of Charter, Time Warner Cable, and Bright House advertising units, and helped to accelerate the change process to allow the business to better move as “one.”* Designed and implemented Salesforce processes to replace Volos, and migrate to Operative One without change to Sale’s process for advanced advertising order entry.Integrated marketing technologies with CRM and Financial Data, including Pardot, Exact Target (Marketing Cloud), and Drift.* Led migration from adSails to Strata Tim 2014, with Legacy Charter acquisition of Optimum West, and move to Salesforce CRM.* Established Reporting and BI teams for operations and billing at Legacy Charter.

Optimum West was born out of the acquisition of Bresnan Communications by Cablevision in 2010, with operations that covered Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. Starting my cable career in Tech Ops at Bresnan, I progressively grew my responsibilities to become the leader ofall advertising operations. I led Tech Ops, IT, Traffic, Billing, and Encoding teams. * Led migration to digital and HD ad insertion across a complex ecosystem of vendors* Managed migration from Novar to Eclipse PLUS, and Strata TIM to adSails* Developed software solutions for schedule and verification management* Architected, and maintained server and network infrastructure supporting endpoints across the several states to sales offices and headends for fulfillment, ad insertion, and sales interconnectivity* Managed early BlackArrow MVPD implementation with Fox and A&E Networks for dynamic ad insertion on VOD
