After spending less than two years in Sales, was promoted to Regional Finance Manager of 3 branches. After 6 months of proven performance, was requested to take over another territory of 3 more branches. 6 months after successfully handling 6 branches, was promoted to handle the entire southern region of the company. Currently, I am the F&I Manager of 9 branches, across 4 states, and continually increase annual finance penetration in each market.Proven performer, capable of learning and growing within a company in a matter of months.
