About Greg Sack

The Multifamily space is broken. The vertical requires the same insurance levels for all contract labor from GC's, to painters, to electricians, to cleaners. They are shooting themselves in the foot. Requiring such high premiums is causing the industry to lose access to high quality home cleaners that own/operate small businesses.Property Managers are stuck. They are forced to use larger, high turnover cleaning companies that don't care about quality and consistency. We are changing how the industry turns units over...and we are only getting started.I started my career in the logistics industry as a sales rep for Airborne Express. After a number of years in NYC, I tried my hand in management and was promoted through DHL. In 2007, I decided to take my first plunge into the unknown...entrepreneurship.In a few short years, we built a technology solution for e-retailers to sell their online products internationally. In 2014, we were fortunate enough to be acquired by Fred Smith and FedEx. What a ride that was!After my time at FedEx, I started investing in real estate in Tampa and then started a property management company. Through this experience, I learned a lot about vendor management.In 2021, I was approached by PINCH to help lead the organization. With my past challenges associated with vendor management and specifically, cleaners...I knew this was a winner. The company had produced a great gig app to help home owners and consumers, but we knew there was more to the story.In 2022, we realized the power the platform would have for property managers and multi-family communities. We now help these organizations become much more efficient at cleaning their units after a turnover, and we leverage our enormous cleaner base to get the best prices and service in the industry.
