CurrentWith more than three decades of experience in residential and commercial development, Mr. Sadick has a proven ability to deliver successful, sustainable projects to the marketplace. During his career, he has developed and managed more than 7,500 residential units, including multi-family, high-density, golf-course-oriented condominiums, senior apartments and congregate care facilities. His experience also includes the development of a 200-room, Class A business hotel and, just prior to joining Snyder Langston, includes developing and managing a $500-million portfolio of diversified commercial properties. Mr. Sadick’s background spans all aspects of real estate development, including site selection, acquisition, feasibility and underwriting, entitlements, construction, finance and asset management. Since his entrance into residential real estate, he has become an equally trusted collaborator with large publicly-traded home builders and regional real estate development companies across the nation from California to South Florida to Alaska. At SL Residential, Mr. Sadick combines all of these skills, challenging an experienced group of professionals to set the highest standards in the residential development market. In this process, he applies his passion for home building to deliver sustainable value for clients, as well as for the residents and communities that they serve. A respected industry leader, Mr. Sadick is Executive Committee Member in Orange County and a member of the Public Private Partnership National Product Council within Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of 50+ Council, Orange County; BIA Orange County; ASHA; and a Past Board Member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
