- Define and implement national event marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and grow affinity. - Manage national budget across 6 major regions.- Oversee team of 10 to execute key initiatives and deliver brand message via an average of 1000 events/yr. Event sampling: Aspen Food & Wine Classic, NY Fashion Week, Coachella, SXSW, WMC, Hawaii Film Festival, Sundance, FIJI Dinner Series, film premieres, and other events in key pillars such as art, politics, philanthropy, hospitality, and epicurean.- Work cross-functionally with department heads from Sales, Home Delivery, Social Media, PR, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships. - Implement key initiatives to the Event Marketing Program:- Retail Promotions: Executed volume-driving event-based retail promotions at key retailers. 17 in 2010 resulting in over 19,000 case sales increase. - FIJI-owned events: Executed first FIJI Water produced event in 2007, increasing to 10 per year thereafter. - Direct Sales Program: Developed a direct to event sales program driving sales for marketing department with over 4,000 cases sold in 2010.- Showroom Seeding: Implemented a brand equity building seeding program in LA that includes Dior, Bulgari, Prada, DVF, Puma, Converse, H&M, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., Paramount, Oliver Peoples, etc.- Influencer Seeding: Implemented seeding to influencers including editors, stylists, celebrities, publicists, and executives.
