Current• Oversight of the daily operations of Servion Mortgage and our 500+ retail, correspondent and wholesale partnerships• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of managers and employees while building a positive employee culture rooted in outstanding customer service• Demonstrated experience presenting and working with executive management, board of directors, and regulators• Define, create and implement company strategy and initiatives based upon market conditions• Proven track record of setting and meeting strategic goals• Demonstrated analytical skills, including effective data analysis, investigative problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions about compliance risks and recommend the appropriate corrective action• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task• Involved in new partner contract review and approval• Budget creation and P&L review• Yearly correspondent, wholesale and delegated contract renewal authority, review and continuance• Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Suite of products
