Administrative responsibility for all Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activity and staff in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico; serve on Citi Community Development's senior leadership team. Drive Citi’s relationships with key community leaders and municipal government; engage with business, regulatory, and policy leaders. Design and lead programs that leverage innovation and leadership to influence policy issues affecting low-income communities.

Managed key municipal and nonprofit relationships. Designed and led signature programs in New York, and acted as an affordable housing subject matter expert to inform CCD's investments across the U.S. Recruited, managed, and mentored a team of relationship managers; led Strategy Planning team.

Led development strategy and supported strategic direction as a member of the Executive Team. Co-developed new programs, and managed financial institution and foundation relationships.

Led nonprofit, municipal, and mortgage industry relationships in the Northeastern U.S. to increase access to affordable mortgage financing for first-time homebuyers. Supported banks/mortgage lenders as part of Freddie Mac’s Sourcing team by working with Credit, Pricing, Legal, and Servicing teams to modify mortgage products for community needs.
