Senior member of the IT department for one of the largest providers of cashless parking systems in the US. Responsible for analysis, design, architecture and development of software applications that facilitated cashless parking for residents and municipalities. Maintained and implemented an existing suite of applications to manage parking authority clients (major applications: pay-by-phone, pay-by-space, monthly permitting). Served in a development and architectural capacity for n-tier application systems using C#.NET, ASP.NET and .NET 3.5. Incorporated other technologies and frameworks including Enterprise Library, Windows Service Software Factory (WSSF), and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) based web services, windows services, Visual Studio 2008/2010 and SQL Server 2005/2008. Designed and developed integration solutions for data synchronization between Parkmobile and Parking Enforcement services. Designed and developed credit card processing proxies which processed payments to one of many gateways, as required by individual parking suppliers. For example: Fifth Third Bank via HTTPS POST, First Data via COM API, Six Card via COM API and PayPal via Payflow API. Employed Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and WCF methodologies to design and maintain enforcement web services used by other systems, both internal and external. Provided project analysis including AGILE project management, timelines and estimates.

Senior member of the IT department for one of the leading practice test providers in the US and one of only two preferred and endorsed practice test and assessment providers for Microsoft Certifications. Responsible and accountable for project management and full life cycle design, development, release, and maintenance of internal (intranet) and external (Internet, WWW, extranet) web systems, services and relational databases. Acted as technology mentor for Application Developers, Quality Assurance, Operations, Content Development, Customer Support, and Help Desk. Designed and developed a fully functional internet based product catalogue, shopping cart, and user friendly navigation system using ASP technology over an Access97 relational database on a Windows NT server hosting IIS 4.0. The dynamic content of the website is stored in an Access97 database that is completely managed by backend administration functions protected by a custom security application. All data input by the customer is validated using JavaScript on the client side. All form validation on the server side is done with VBScript. The data is manipulated using ADO. All graphics were designed using a combination of Paint Shop Pro and Microsoft Image Composer. The intention of this project was to provide exposure to the residential playground equipment company in order to broaden their service area.

These applications are utilized by more than 300 insurance claims and service centers throughout the United States. Formally United Beechcraft, Inc - Heavily involved with systems analysis and design from initial user specifications to the final finished application. Spent extensive amounts of time one-on-one with the user to determine their business processing needs. Involved with initial design and development of the Parts Inventory System. System development included Parts Order Entry, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Invoicing and Inventory Maintenance. Designed and developed a Time Management System used by line maintenance personnel which kept track of time and labor for billing purposes. Programmed using structured AS/400 COBOL methods utilizing subfiles, windows and Printfiles.
