• Added an Arthur Hills/Steve Forest designed Championship Golf Course with a 62,000 s.f. clubhouse, restaurant and wedding area. Assisted with selection of the construction company and lead efforts including hiring.
• Added a true spa experience to the property, overseeing the design and construction of a 10 treatment room spa, complete with a full service hair salon, nail salon, and fitness center.
• Upgraded the Hotel Property Management System to Opera and contracted them as a pilot property, shaping the design and future of their software offerings. 2-Way communication with the Bally’s Gaming System, enhanced.
• Facilitated capital replacement and enhancement of a guestroom beds, bedding, accessories, and a custom spa grade amenity line called “Spa Pechanga”.
• Supported the Hotel and Marketing teams in up-converting to the new Bally’s Gaming System.
