Served hundreds of aspiring IT professionals in their pursuit of valuable industry-recognized credentials from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA. Established IT Career Lab's first center outside of Chicago in Golden Valley, MN. Oversee student progression through all steps of referral, recruitment, screening, enrollment, training, completion and employment advancement.IT Career Lab uses a unique accelerated approach that offers a globally-recognized, multi-certification curriculum with hands-on training on a live network. As a Cisco Networking and Microsoft IT Academy, the program offers access to quality career pathways in the information technology sector. Cisco-certified instructors guide students through working-world scenarios inside the classroom, optimizing preparation for the work environment.

I lead the development and coordination of three major programs – a welding training offered in partnership with a local community college, a state-certified logistics training program, and an adult education class serving more than 100 employees. Report on all RecycleForce grants, including four Federal grants and those from private foundations. Represented RecycleForce on Evaluation Learning Committee, led by RTI International for the REDF national portfolio. Author impact reports based on data analysis and third-party evaluations; present to external stakeholders. Monitor and improve all grant outcomes through the creation of custom performance dashboards.

Manage the data collection, organization, and analysis related to the RecycleForce program. Report program performance outcomes to the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and foundations in the field of social enterprise. Create partnerships with local service providers to support the career advancement of program participants.

Analyzed 15+ datasets to develop a proposal for a socioeconomic well-being index for the Indianapolis region. Collected and prepared 2014 global exports data from the US Dept. of Commerce for use on Indy Exports, a website developed with funding from the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce to support businesses in Indianapolis.

Researched best practices in workforce development, especially for college students. This included in-depth research on internship programs, apprenticeship programs, transitional jobs, and more. This research and writing was aimed at supporting USA Funds' goals related to its burgeoning national engagement and philanthropy strategy, “Completion with a Purpose”.

Conducted in-depth research, outreach, and writing in support of CJC's advocacy goals, as a member of CJC's policy team.Led development and maintenance of the Workforce Information & Resource Exchange (WIRE) – an online portal to data for workforce development and closely-related fields.Designed and facilitated CJC’s Frontline Focus training entitled Becoming an Industry Insider, which aimed to help frontline workforce development professionals better identify and utilize labor market information to further their mission.In 2013, led research of local manufacturing training providers for a Technical Assistance project for communities including Hoffman Estates, in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. In 2011, conducted extensive data collection and analysis with over 15 federal, state, and local administering agencies for CJC’s third report on public workforce development funding, conducted on behalf of the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago.

Performed various office tasks for the professors within the Social Sciences Department e.g. data entry, grading tests, copying, editing, etc. During the summer months, performed research on homeschooling within the Decorah area for Dr. John Moeller of the Political Science department.

Planned daily activities; provided guidance and supervision for various groups of children ages 5-12.

Assisted the lead teacher with supervision, the provision of reading and writing skills, and the evaluation of students' learning and behavior. As an assistant at the residence, assisted in the maintenance of a safe space, food preparation, and supervision of youth during free time.
