Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting efforts and developing strong client relationships across a broad range of industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, Construction and Transportation / Intermodal.• Develop and manage high-level client relationships while synchronizing with HR executives and hiring managers to generate effective recruitment strategies including: job postings, candidate selection, interview process, scheduling, reference checks and compensation negotiations.• Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters; driving a high level of performance against our clients ambitious hiring needs.• Develop new business through fostering client relationships with Hiring Managers and HR representatives from both established clients and prospective clients.• Identify and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing techniques involving: cold-calling, warm leads and referrals, targeted headhunting, database mining, networking at industry events and social networking.• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to define relevant experience, technical skills, personality and presentation meet client requirements. • Participate in regular client status calls, covering search progress, candidate qualifications, interview availability/scheduling, interview feedback and offer negotiations.• Conduct reference checks on potential employees, extend and negotiate offers.• Instruct candidates in the areas of resume conception and construction, interview skills and techniques, employment and compensation packages, negotiation, and general goal oriented career counseling. • Work with several applicant tracking systems including Taleo, Resumator and Peoplesoft.• Keep abreast of industry insights, new technologies and mergers/acquisitions to have access to the most qualified candidates and to further business development efforts.
