Led expansion of predictive advertising capabilities to multiple new verticals delivering 1,030% YoY growth. Co-led pan-amazon games business council to optimize customer touch-points, increase success with sales and retention, and synergize shared events and marketing. Led de-duplication initiative to streamline product ownership and data pipelines for game taxonomies including negotiating a new 3P data contract that reduced costs by $3M. Led efforts with science teams to increase quality of game related datasets for AI and data science and expanded cross-media analytical capabilities. Developed and led a two-day 200+ person training program for Amazon Games to improve industry expertise and reinforce Amazon Day One thinking as part of team return-to-office / post RIF employee engagement and critical talent retention strategy. The event resulted in a 12% MoM increase in employee job satisfaction and zero attrition of critical talent.

As Founder & CEO of Guildz.Com, I developed the world's first commercial services for massively multiplayer online games. This technology was exclusively licensed by Sony Online Entertainment in 2004 as the basis of their Station Players service, and has been the inspiration for a multi-million dollar ecosystem since adopted by numerous game publishers. Led the company through the initial licensing phase and successful exit.

As Founder & CEO, I developed one of the first and largest website network dedicated to massively multiplayer games. I pioneered many of the community features gamers make use of today such as player profiles, dynamic blogging, achievement unlocks and more.I led the company to be the second largest online gaming site in the world in 2000-2001 (while navigating complete revenue restructuring during the 2000 Dotcom crash). Delivered the company to an exit with UGO.com/Hearst in 2004.
