Most of my background has centered around people related jobs that utilize my abilities to drive/motivate individuals to take the next step, I have navigated numerous sales & customer service teams towards obtaining goals that has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to be successful. My passion has always been leading a team or individual to achieve their professional as well as their personal goals.Assisting an individual or an organization take the next step has always been a tremendous satisfaction when the initial strategy is planned, execution takes place & the team around you completes the project. This completion really provides you with a feeling that is hard to replace. Goals planned in life, family, church, workplace & athletics should always be at the top of one's list to accomplish; this gives you the drive, energy & power to succeed and continue. I've been doing some consulting & research for my brother's marketing company, Doug Shouse Marketing & Jon McLamb's CourtHarbor team in promoting the new & exciting product in the tennis industry the "Ball Hubs" (Court Divider)... I have really enjoyed working with Doug & Jon in a consultant manner and this opportunity has given me the chance to reflect on all of my past experiences & success but more importantly the areas I enjoy most.
