    Partnered with executive management to develop a complete re-branding look, tone and feel program for the Visa organization, its products and services and global sponsorship initiatives. Responsible for managing an in-house design team producing close to $3 million of work annually while managing an additional $5 million budget with a number of outside branding agencies and freelance consultants. Oversaw and guided the development of a comprehensive online global brand standards site to manage both organization and product branding. Created, implemented and managed an annual global brand communications audit and training program. With responsibility for both strategic and creative brand decisions, my role was to ensure the application of leading-edge creative thinking while maintaining the integrity of the new Visa brand program and to continue to identify opportunities to elevate the internal and external presence and impact of the brand.Managed the creative development of Visa’s global sponsorship programs including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, World Cup Rugby and FIFA World Cup Football events. Responsibilities related to these programs included setting annual budgets, writing creative briefs and RFP’s, agency selection and management, conducting internal project reviews and soliciting stakeholder buy-in and building online identification toolkits to manage the program implementation process.
