Managed an airplane acquisition program for a major commercial airlines. Led a team of 30 airlines team members from the buyer’s perspective to develop an interior configuration and deliver the interior products to the OEM on schedule to support the airplane final assembly. Developed a purchase strategy, managed the plan and coordinated marketing, purchasing, and engineering decisions of 6 major interior products, while ensuring minimal risk of penalties and downtime for delivery of airplanes. - Also implemented multiple $5M to $100M airplane modification programs for commercial airline customers.
