• Provide hosted Unified Communications to Enterprise customers utilizing cloud based Voice over IP and Microsoft’s Exchange, OCS and Sharepoint.• Deliver Software as a Service (SaaS) to Enterprise customers providing them with increased efficiency, enhancement in disaster recovery and lower overall communication costs.• Manage and grow the Channel Partner Program including the recruitment and retention of Master Agents, Telecom Agents and Referral Partners.

• Provide overall leadership and direction to seven National Account Managers selling wireless and wireline products and services to Fortune 1000 companies headquartered in the Philadelphia, Delaware and South Jersey area.• Responsible for meeting and exceeding branch incremental revenue target of $1.5M annually, in addition to maintaining another $75M in existing annual revenue.• Existing base encompasses 40 of Sprints largest customers in which I support the relationships at an executive level.

• Develop specific Marketing programs for Fortune 500 customers that focus on new and winback opportunities for Verizon, with specific emphasis on expediting booked revenue.• Direct a team of 5 individuals who focus on implementing these programs within the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware, with a revenue objective of $16M annually.

- Provided overall leadership to Sales, Sales Support and Administrative Organizations within the Philadelphia and Valley Forge facilities. Combined organization consisted of 30 professionals.- Overall responsibility for generating, implementing and billing of $6M in growth revenue, in addition to maintaining another $10M in existing revenue. Existing revenue base encompassed Focal’s three largest corporate customers in which I supported the relationships at an executive level.

- Followed through with the development and launch of sales account plans to target high revenue opportunities and account module expansion. (Built new relationships outside of the account territory, generating more than $10M in new business opportunities.)

Developed new product business cases, market plans, integrated product strategies, pricing structures, and promotional and distribution plans for the emerging market of networked interactive multimedia applications.Served as primary subject matter expert to sales force and as project manager for special projects; developed a networked multimedia sales guide and implemented an interactive training program (successfully training more than 200 field sales personnel), and co-developed a video applications course used to train more than 400 employees.Recipient of the Bell Atlantic Winners Circle Award (1994).

Managed the 911 product line (generating annual revenues of $5M), and served as the primary liaison between various legislative bodies, more than 60 state and local government accounts, and Verizon for all public safety issues.Designed and implemented the 911 surcharge plan for Pennsylvania, resulting in an $18M savings.Instrumental in the negotiation, passage, and implementation of Act 78; legislation mandating implementation of emergency services for constituents of state and local governments (serving more than 2 million people in Pennsylvania).

Provided life cycle management of exchange usage and network access product lines for Pennsylvania and Delaware (with annual revenues of $1.4B), managing all aspects of the product lines including revenue forecasting, tariff filings, capital/expense budgeting, and new product development.Devised, designed, and implemented a reclassification project which increased annual revenues by $1.2M.

Directed the operations of a market research center, coordinating and supervising the activities of 20 market researchers to provide studies for various organizations throughout Bell Atlantic; formulated and recommended strategic action plans to executive management based on results.
