Aquity International was initially the parent company for Aquity Trading Ltd and Kauri Springs Ltd, consolidating the VitalZing, Water for Everyone and Kauri Springs brands.During my tenure the company divested the Water For Everyone & Kauri Springs brands and associated business and focussed on the VitalZing Water Drop business. VitalZing achieved total dominance in the water enhancer market and became one of the fastest growing brands in the FMCG beverage sector.

Led the growth and development of Top Ten NZ from a start up business venture. Became a strong supplier to various martial arts markets and expanded into the Australian market.Company was sold in Feb 2015

Achieved market leadership in projectors and printers in highly competitive market.Achievements include:- Strategic initiatives which increased profitability above targeted levels- Restructuring projects which reduced OPEX by over 30%- Successfully drove the company through high growth periods and an overall sales increase in excess of 300% during my tenure- Developing and overseeing the implementation of market plans and initiatives resulting in high brand awareness- Maintaining high market share in print and imaging market and # 1 share of projector market- Staff leadership and culture development which resulted in one of the lowest staff turnover rates for Epson globally- Chosen to form part of an international management group to discuss long term strategy for Seiko Epson Corporation

Responsible for overall direction of the management and coaching of the National team. Achieved 3rd overall place at both the Honduras 2006 and Canada 2007 World Championships.

Managed the NZ Taekwon-Do team to the Poland 2003, Italy 2004 & Germany 2005 ITF World Championships. Improved and maintained ranking within the top four nations amongst 100+ member countries.

Restructured Commercial Products Division, launched new product categories and grew business from less than $1m to in excess of $10m revenue.
