Hi, I'm Greg, an entrepreneurial operator who scales companies. As a hands-on leader, I bring order to chaos, create repeatable processes, build strong teams, and establish a winning culture. I’ve led nearly every functional area of a software business and love collaborating with others to translate strategy into tactical execution. Most recently, I was President and then CEO of Crystal, the app that tells you anyone's personality. I’m also co-author of Predicting Personality, a book published by Wiley in 2019 about using AI to understand people and win more business.Prior, I was VP Growth at Netpulse (70 employees, $40M funding) where I led sales, customer success, marketing and operations. It was acquired in 2018 by eGym. Earlier, I was CEO of Attend.com (30 employees, $3M funding) where I hired the leadership team, coded the prototype and closed the first $100K in sales.
