His global business exposure includes Canada, United States, European Union and Australia.Greg has taught part time at the University of Ottawa Telfer Management School on the topic of Leadership for the EMBA program. He is also affiliated with a number of leading Learning Institutions.During his career, Greg has worked with R&D and manufacturing operations of various technology firms, as well as Canadian Federal Government organizations and U.S. State Agencies. His experience includes both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Greg has managed multi-company mergers and acquisitions, designed various change initiatives focused on creating “high performance” teams, culture shaping, and conducting organization reviews. He has also provided both content and process expertise on the creation and deployment of comprehensive General Business as well as Talent and Culturally-Defined Strategies within various industries. He has presented key learning and performance issues at major industry events including: Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL); Training Magazine’s Annual Conference & Expo; and University of Ottawa Guest Speaker on Leadership Strategies. Greg undertook his post-graduate studies at American University in Washington, D.C., concentrating in Human Resource Development and Organizational Effectiveness.
