I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Civil Engineering degree. I went directly to work in the heavy civil construction industry as an engineer and project estimator. Within a short time, I moved to become the VP of Engineering and Development of large land and timeshare developer in AR. This position led me to become Manager/CEO of a rural water system for a period of 12 years where I had the opportunity to turn the system into one of the largest retail and wholesale rural water suppliers in Arkansas through the use of governmental and private funding. I progressed to owning and operating my own engineering and project management company. There was an interim period where I had the opportunity to move to Florida and work with a past co-worker as Regional VP in the Orlando, Miami, Key West region of the country managing a large time-share cleaning company operation with clients such as Disney World, Wyndham Resorts, Vistana Resorts, and others. This work was challenging for me, very intense with little time to enjoy life, family, and friends. My wife and I opted to return to Arkansas to be closer to our loved ones. This change brought me to Badger Daylighting Corp where I had the privilege of developing a new startup office in Arkansas for this Canadian company. This journey was very rewarding, developing my business development, safety, and operational skills. During the 8 year period leading up to the March 2019, I grew the Arkansas operation from zero(0) Badger truck units to a yard operating eight(8) Badger hydro vacuum excavator trucks daily producing revenues of $3-$4 million dollars annually. I am now making an employment change seeking a new and rewarding opportunity in the Central Arkansas area.
