• Npower Application: Administered a multi-terabyte Red Brick data warehouse used by broadcasters and marketers to obtain reports for advertising and promotional purposes

• National Separate Data Affiliate Data Warehouse: Built a data warehouse to provide order efficiency reporting to regulators and company management for the merged companies of Bell Atlantic and GTE. • GTE Wholesale Markets DSS: Combining my knowledge of existing reporting with requirements gathered from business teams Designed an Oracle based data warehouse used by call center executives and management for reporting and analysis. Led a team of Informatica ETL developers to create over 200 mappings used in the loading of the Oracle data warehouse.• GTE National Open Market Center Reporting System: Creation of a series of SQL based Crystal Reports used by call centers to monitor day to day operations and performance.
