Led a team of Business Development Dealer Relation Managers responsible for developing the business of over 200 small size Chrysler Dodge and Jeep dealerships spanning the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

Led a team of Contact Center analysts responsible for providing support for all U.S. and Mexico Collection operations. Responsible for leading projects with the objective of optimizing processes within the four regional U.S. Contact Centers and Spanish Contact Center

Led a team of Retail Credit Analysts responsible for the acquisition of retail and lease consumer credit applications submitted from Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealerships of the Southwest Business Region of Chrysler Financial.
