Assistant Data Privacy Officer
CurrentMonitors PICs’ and PIPs' compliance with the DPA, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), issuances by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other applicable laws and policies through:a. Collection of information and preparation of the following:i. Reports relative to PICs’ and PIPs' breach management procedures;ii. Reports relative to breach simulation exercises on activities, measures, projects, programs, or systems and ensures the regular conduct of the same;iii. Corresponding reports relative to PICs’ and PIPs' breach vulnerability that would allow unauthorized access to personal data; andiv. Required reports relative to data breach for the accurate and timely submission to the National Privacy Commission for PAGCOR's compliance with the DPA.b. Provision of assistance in the coordination with Breach Management Committee/ Breach Response Teams and data owners;Consolidates the Data Privacy Tracking Reports from Corporate Departments/CF Branches and SOGs pertaining to the following:a. Log of Personal Data Processing Systemb. Privacy-related Incidents logc. Complaints Logd. Exercise of Data Privacy Rightse. Access Request Logf. Data Sharing Agreement Logsg. Outsourcing Agreement LogsDevelops, prepares materials, and provides other support for training programs and/or information dissemination in order to cultivate awareness on privacy and data protection within the organization of the PICs and PIPs, including all relevant laws, rules and regulations and issuances of the NPC, particularly on Breach Management;Conducts research/keeps updated on best practices/ security measures (local/international standards) for the prevention and management of personal data breach.
