Many of these practices were subsequently acquired by WHK Australia.

General management responsibility for the operations and financial performance of the Melbourne-based practices of this innovative ASX-listed accounting and advisory company servicing its clients via a national network.

This executive director position of the healthcare network, providing leadership and management services to the iconic Royal Women's and Royal Children's hospitals in Melbourne was responsible for the financial management of the organisation and general management of corporate services, which included the departments of HR, sourcing and materials management, IT, hotel services, billing, property management, engineering and maintenance services, billing and payables.

Responsible in partnership with a medical specialist for the business strategy and day-to-day operations of the service, charged with timely and effective delivery of quality hospital-based services to patients. Other leadership roles over a 6 year period included business development manager for surgical and clinical support services and finance manager for surgical and emergency services.

Responsibilities across this and other roles included financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting & analysis, job costing and fixed asset accounting.
