Develop/deliver learning curriculums for a broad range of processes by utilizing verbal instruction as well as designing audio/visual material.

Ensure that processors are in compliance with all state mandated guidelines.Perform post-project rating and verification of policies to ensure all rate changes, form changes, and project related changes have been implemented correctly.

Work with the compliance team to train new and existing processes. Conduct classroom training and validate trainees' work. Answer process-related questions from the processing and compliance departments. Audit existing employees' work for accuracy and discuss error trends with the processing department.
